A Healthy Campus

About Campus Wellness

A unit within Wellbeing and Accessibility Services at UBC Okanagan and home to HaRT, Voice research project, Picnic and many other programs and services to support you to have the healthiest experience at UBC Okanagan.

Voice Research

The goal of Voice research is to improve the way our campus is designed so that it’s healthier for all of us! The Voice research project started in 2006.

Get Involved

We couldn’t accomplish the work that we do without our partners! Students, staff, and faculty are welcome to take part in the Voice project.

Welcome to Campus Wellness

Campus Wellness is a multidisciplinary research and development unit that houses the Voice longitudinal research study. Our interests are people, environments, and policy at the intersection of health, sustainability and economics.

Campus Wellness works with students, staff, faculty, and other community members to improve the well-being of our campus community.

Campus Wellness Programs and Services

You might not know who we are but you will see our impact all over campus! For a more comprehensive list of the our programs, explore our website and visit the UBCO Events Calendar. If you use Instagram, be sure to follow us so you can stay up to date with what we are doing on campus. We often have team members working in Picnic (the Community Wellness Hub) located on the first floor of the UNC Building. You might also see us running programs out of the Residence Wellness Hub located in Nechako (Room 251). The below schedule highlights the programs we run out of Picnic. If you have questions about our programs, please visit Picnic to speak with one of our staff members.

If you would like to learn about the programs we run in other areas on campus or read detailed program descriptions, click the following button for programs by topic area.
