Campus Health supports International Overdose Awareness Day

Campus Health Specialist, Lauren Airth, and UBCO student partners joined other groups in the Okanagan to remember the lives lost during BC’s overdose crisis raise awareness about the toxic drug supply, and raise awareness about overdose prevention and drug policy.  Chris Walker, host of CBC Daybreak South interviewed Lauren about the opioid crisis and the work of our harm reduction team at UBCO to prevent overdose.  Listen to the CBC Listen interview here.
