Drug checking on UBCO campus

Oct 1, 2021 | Harm Reduction, Health News, Substance Use

The Campus Health Harm Reduction Team (HaRT) has been working hard to establish a confidential service on campus where people can get their drugs checked. Staffed by fully trained students, services include free drug checking (using an FTIR machine and immunoassay strips), naloxone training and kits, supplies for lower risk use, information on harm reduction, and more.  Find these services in Nechako 231 every Tuesday and UNC 337 every Thursday from 5:30 – 7:30 pm

For more information email: Harm.Reduction@ubc.ca or text/call 250-864-1431 (please note this phone is only monitored during drug checking hours).
